How active-user limits work
Every active school account counts toward capacity, including students, supervisors, coordinators, librarians and school administrators. Archived or suspended accounts do not count. At the limit, existing users keep access; a new invitation can be prepared, but it cannot be activated until a seat is freed or the plan is upgraded. Reactivating an archived or suspended account also requires a free seat.
Coordinators receive usage warnings from 80% capacity and a stronger warning from 90%. Enterprise capacity is agreed with the school or school group rather than described as unlimited.
What “advanced analytics” means
The Enterprise entitlement is reserved for leadership-level analytics beyond the operational cohort and supervisor views in the School plan: cohort progress trends, milestone completion trends, overdue and risk patterns, supervisor workload analysis, subject-level comparisons, engagement indicators and leadership-ready exports. These capabilities are only presented as available when implemented and enabled for the school.
Enterprise may also include contractual support or service commitments agreed in the school’s order or contract. We do not publish a blanket uptime percentage or generic SLA guarantee that has not been contractually supported.
